Delivery within AUSTRALIA ONLY for a standard flat rate of $9.95. Most Australian Capital Cities can expect delivery within 1-5 business days. For more remote areas please allow up to 7 business days.
If you do not receive your parcel within 7 business days (excluding any public holidays) and have referred to your tracking number please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number and our team will look into it for you and contact you within 24 business hours.
At The Dress Emporium we want you to love your items as much as we do. If for any reason you are unhappy with them you can simply send them back for a store credit.
Also if you would like to send an item back to get a bigger or smaller size you MUST email Bella the Owner ASAP as she will need to make sure that the size you require is available & if it is available she will need to adjust the stock levels on line & put that particular size aside for you. All items can be returned within 14 days from time of purchase in original condition.
The customer covers the cost of returning items to The Dress Emporium. We accept no responsibility for returns that are sent by non traceable postage methods or are not received by us. If we do not receive the returned items, we cannot exchange or grant a store credit. We strongly suggest that you send your returned items using a traceable postage method.
Items must be unworn, unwashed , with no makeup, no deodorant marks or animal hair (please take care when trying your item on).
Original tags must be still attached.
No return or exchange on sale items.
Any items received by The Dress Emporium that are not within the above guidelines will be returned with a $10 fee.
No refund, exchange or change of mind on any jewellery or accessories.
If you have received incorrect or faulty items please email email@example.com with your full name, order number and a photo of the fault or the incorrect item and we will get in contact within 48 business hours.
